Dr. Oz relies on yoga, first introduced to him by his wife, Lisa, to “maintain balance, keep focus, and stay healthy.” Eventually, Dr. Oz began working with yoga expert Steve Ross, author of the book Happy Yoga. Now, Dr. Oz believes that yoga is the single most important aspect of his lifestyle. In fact, he loves yoga so much, he wanted to share it with Dr. Oz fans right in his own home.
Five lucky Dr. Oz fans were chosen to try yoga for the first time with Steve Ross and Dr. Oz himself. The women were all impressed by just how much they enjoyed their workouts.
